Building Backlinks with Article Marketing Services
| March 9th, 2010I’m a big believer in using article distribution services since I have been using them to build links for about two years at this point. But the fact is not all article distribution services are effective. There are some that are quite effective while others may be a waste of time and money.
There are quite a few of these services that I’ve tried out and that I have quit using after experimenting with them and discovering that they weren’t very effective. The three article distribution in this article are those distribution services that I most recommend that you use since I am still using them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.
Unique Article Wizard has been the most consistent article distribution service I have used as it’s given me excellent results for over a year now. “UAW” sends out the articles to hundreds of sites and as many as as 5 links in each submission. You are allowed to include two back links in the article body and two more in the resource box. You can also include an embedded YouTube video which includes an anchor text link to the video.
ArticleRanks has been getting more effective each month I use it it. Lately it seems to be the most effective service and it is only $37 right now (that makes it the least expensive of these three services.) Like UAW above (and Article Marketing Automation below) you embed YouTube videos in your articles. If you’re into video marketing this can be a great way for improving the SERPS for your videos.
Article Marketing Automation is another article distribution service that I have had great success with as a link builder. Much like ArticleRanks it is more of a “blog network” style article distribution service which means basically that your spun articles go up on many blogs all over the internet. In many cases I think it can be better to have your articles (and your backlinks!) on blog sites instead of on article directories.
It’s important to know that these tools are more for building up links than for getting direct traffic. They allow you to build a lot of backlinks with just one article submission and with time these back links add up and can give you high SERPS for high value search terms.
